Pricing questions
Are ACRA government fees included in your prices?
Our incorporation packages are all-in: they include the S$315 ACRA fees (S$15 name application and S$300 registration). The company secretary renewal of S$360 a year includes the S$60 ACRA annual return fee. Where a price excludes a government fee, we say so next to the price.
Do you charge GST?
No. AAA Corporate Services is not GST-registered, so no GST is added to any of our fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
Are there hidden fees?
No. We quote a fixed fee before we start. If your company needs work outside the agreed scope, we tell you the cost upfront.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. As your business grows you can move up, for example from Dormant to Standard or Complete Compliance. We confirm the new fee with you before any change.
How do I end or transfer the service?
Let us know in writing at [email protected]. We hand over your statutory registers and records, and assist with the change of company secretary filing with ACRA.
